Weather Policy & Re-Entry

Our standard policy strictly prohibits re-entry. Once you are through the gates, we ask that you stay for the duration of the event. However, attendee safety is our highest priority.

In the event of severe weather—specifically lightning in the immediate area—festival management will announce a temporary evacuation. During this time, the "No Re-Entry" rule will be suspended, and attendees will be directed to take shelter inside their personal vehicles.

How it works:

  • Listen for the call: If an evacuation is ordered, proceed calmly to the parking area.
  • Keep your credentials: You must keep your festival wristband on and your ticket stub handy.
  • Wait for the green light: Do not attempt to re-enter until we officially announce the "All Clear."
  • No credential, no entry: Anyone attempting to re-enter without their original intact wristband will be turned away.
  • Any evacuation or all clear for re-entry will be announced publicly and on our Facebook account
